Red Tail Ridge Good Karma, is a luminous light gold in color with medium viscosity. The nose is predominantly citrus, with hints of key lime pie and citrus blossom, mixing with vanilla bean and wet gravel. On the palate, flavors of baked pear, lemon peel, and pineapple juice emerge with initial sweetness and full weight. Lingering acidity and mild grip characterize the finish. Ten percent of the gross profit on every bottle will be donated to the upstate New York food bank Foodlink.
