The red winemaking grape, Primitivo (pronounced prim-ah-TEE-voh) is primarily grown in Italy’s Puglia region, in the heel of Italy’s boot. The name Primitivo means “first to ripen”, Bright and intense golden colour. Intense and complex bouquet with citrus and orange blossom notes, chestnut honey and bergamot.
