Made from 100% tank aged Verdejo from organically farmed vineyards, this Verdejo offers a rich, nicely concentrated, almost Chardonnay-like style with lots of citrus, peach, and stone fruit characteristics balanced nicely by a honeyed minerality. It’s clean, crisp, and nicely focused on the palate and it going to shine on the dinner table.
