Louis Roederer Description
The Cristal Rose 2000 has fine, consistent bubbles, with very persistent beading. On the nose, it is intense, fresh and very precise. The bouquet ranges across the entire spectrum of complex flavors, opening with scents of red berries (cherry), crystallized citrus peel and lightly roasted nuts, which after a few minutes airing in the glass are followed by aromas of ageing, such as almond and honey.

Orange-pink in color, this a super-rich rosé. The flavors are of orange zest, citrus and red currants, with a beautiful contrast of hazelnuts. The texture, round and succulent, is still able to offer minerality and a crisp aftertaste. —Roger Voss,
