Alpamanta - Breva Pet Nat (750ml)
Organic, unfiltered Pet Nat. A dry, rosehip and cherry-toned sparkling red wine from a biodynamic estate in Mendoza. A true pet-nat made with a single fermentation completed in the bottle without filtering or disgorgement and no sulfites added. Think of it as sparkling Beaujolais! Drink very chilled and unshaken. As it is prone to frothing upon opening so have glass in hand to serve immediately.
