DASSAI Blue is a premium line of Junmai Daiginjo sake crafted in the United States by the DASSAI Blue Sake Brewery in Hyde Park, New York. This brewery is an extension of the renowned Japanese brand DASSAI. Exclusively uses Yamada Nishiki rice, often referred to as the "king of sake rice, Rice polished to 23% of its original size, resulting in a refined and elegant sake. Typically around 14% ABV, aligning with standard sake alcohol levels. Delicate floral and fruity scents, such as pear, melon, and hints of honey. Pairing with Sushi and Sashimi, Grillled Meats, Cheese.
