This week we’re featuring 2018 Domaine du Colombier Petit Chablis, Burgundy, France!

Domaine du Colombier has been a family property since 1887. Vines are planted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes and most of the vineyards are dedicated to the production of AC Chablis. The winemaking is carried out with the utmost respect for the traditional Burgundian methods while using the advantages of modern techniques. 

This 100% Chardonnay is bright and crisp with a nose of lemon, limestone, and light floral notes. The palate is citrusy with peach, green apple, and nice minerality. 

A fantastic match with rich fish, shellfish, pork, and mild cheeses.
